Statement of Accessibility

Effective January 2024 

Biuro Group is committed to promoting accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. We aim to support an inclusive workforce by making our websites usable and accessible for all individuals, including people with disabilities. 

To achieve this, Biuro Group aligns its digital accessibility efforts with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines represent an internationally recognized standard, and Biuro Group works to comply with Level A and Level AA accessibility requirements.

  • The recommendation is valid only if, at the time it is submitted, the referred individual is not already involved in the recruitment process (i.e., has not been invited for an interview, has not started a medical check-up, and has not signed an employment contract) and is not currently employed by BIURO. 
  • If a candidate is referred by multiple individuals, the reward will be granted to the person who submitted the recommendation first. 
  • A referral reward will be granted only if the referred candidate is hired within six months of the date the recommendation was submitted. 
  • The “Refer a Friend” program does not apply to employment through www.workis.online. 

The personal data of the recommended person will be used to contact them and provide services based on our legitimate interest. Your (the recommender’s) personal data will be processed based on your consent, so we can indicate you as the source of the recommendation when contacting the recommended person. By clicking the “Recommend a Friend” button, you agree to the processing of the personal data you provided in the form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing dpo@biuro.eu. All personal data provided in the form will be stored for six months. For more detailed information, please refer to the “Personal Data Protection Policy.”

  • the information provided in the form is correct, accurate, and complete;
  • I have read the “Personal Data Protection Policy” and understand how and for what purpose personal data will be processed;
  • I have properly informed the recommended person about the “Personal Data Protection Policy” (including the transfer and processing of their personal data by UAB “Biuro”);
  • the recommended person agrees to the described data processing, and I am able to provide their informed consent regarding the processing of their personal data entered on this website.
