Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
We`re hoping from you
- You have experience in HR / people management and are able to independently handle day-to-day HR matters;
- You have a good understanding of Lithuanian labour law and are confident in applying it in practice;
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as you will use it when collaborating with an international team;
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new systems;
- You are proactive and independent – you not only identify areas for improvement but also suggest solutions;
- You are able to build trust-based relationships with both employees and managers.
What is waiting for you
- Managing the full employee lifecycle – from talent attraction, recruitment, and hiring to smooth onboarding and offboarding;
- Working closely with managers – advising them on HR matters, supporting them in resolving day-to-day situations, and contributing to stronger teams;
- Developing and improving HR processes – contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with HAWE’s people strategy and the specifics of the Lithuanian labour market;
- Supporting employee growth and experience – coordinating training and professional development initiatives and contributing to compensation and benefits processes;
- Managing HR documentation – preparing and maintaining internal work regulations, job descriptions, and other HR-related documentation.
