Our temporary employment services are fully compliant with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

We do not permit any form of corruption including bribery, extortion, improper offers for payments to or from employees, customers and suppliers, and we follow the law on anti-corruption in the countries where we do business.

BIURO is a member of Clear Wave (a transparency business-labelling initiative). The main objective of the initiative – to encourage a transparent and ethical Lithuanian business practice.

REPORTING THE VIOLATIONS OF CODE OF CONDUCT

BIURO encourages employees to speak freely. Employees can make public all questionable situations – confidentially and safely. If you notice any violations of the internal regulations or external laws or unethical behavior, you must report it.

You can do it by one of the following ways:

1. Contact your line manager or project manager who will help to resolve the situation.

2. To report a violation of company procedures anonymously, fill out the form of “Reporting the violations of code of conduct”. Your comment will reach the CEO of the company’s, who will take an action on solving the situation.
