Legal information for Ukrainian refugees
Ukrainian citizens with biometric passports can stay in Lithuania for up to 90 days without a visa.
If Ukrainian citizens decide to stay in Lithuania after the deadline to extend their living permit or visa, no deportation decisions will be made by the Migration Department.
Ukrainian citizens who have received a resolution to leave Lithuania can also stay in the country and wait for further information from the Migration Department.
