Requirements:

• at least 1 year of previous leadership experience; 
• fluency in Lithuanian and English; 
• fast learning and multitasking skills; 
• proactivity and service-minded attitude; 
• tech savviness; 
• being data-driven and analytical;
• ability to work both, during the day, evenings and weekends, if needed; 

Experience of working in a grocery store would be considered as a plus!

Responsibilities:

• responsibility for the day-to-day store operations; 
• inventory and stock management;
• developing and improving the way stores operate; 
• leading and motivating a team of 10-15 people; 
• managing shift scheduling; 
• handling orders and order of the store.
