As a tech support specialist you will be working on:
- troubleshooting incoming requests from internal users on tools and services used within the company (up to 50% of the time);
- issuance and retrieval of equipment (computers, phones) to/from employees;
- provision of insights on possible improvements based on processes and issues that users have;
- testing new features and validating them while collaborating with developers.
